RESIDENTIAL REMODELING PROCESS

Typically, our clients have their initial design put down on paper and have a good understanding of the components and finishes they want. We’ll meet you at the property to consult on your vision, provide suggestions that work within your budget, and give you the peace of mind that your investment is in good hands. When your design consultation is complete, we’ll provide a proposal laying out each component as a line item in a simple to understand format. You’ll have the option to visit a design studio to select your cabinets, countertops, flooring, and other components that make up your design aesthetic.

On the other hand, if you don’t know where to start, we will lay the ABC’s of remodeling in front of you. We will guide you through the entire process, determine if an engineer is needed, advise on the costs associated, and provide options that work within your budget, wants, and needs.

HOME REMODELING AND RENOVATION

Remodels and home renovations can be lengthy and significantly disturb your day to day life, especially if you are living in the house while the remodel is going on. With the systems we have in place, we can minimize the inconvenience associated with the remodeling process. Depending on the size of your project or the deadline for completion, temporarily vacating the home may be suggested. We understand that’s stressful, in which case, we do our best to make the transition back and forth as easy as possible.
